We are so convinced HAIROIC® Irons are the best hair tools available that we guarantee every HAIROIC® Iron against manufacturer’s defects for 1 year.
Please register your product within 7 days from the day of purchase and hold on to your original receipt as we must authenticate your HAIROIC® Iron was purchased from an authorized dealer.
Good news! The process became much easier. You no longer need to ship your damaged product back to us.
In order to process your exchange, please do the following:

* Once we receive your order, we will process it within 24-72 business hours.
* Please contact us BEFORE shipping your iron to us. You no longer need to send your defaulted product to us.

* Your styling tool qualifying under warranty, will be replaced by the same size and color. If the same color and size is no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Requested substitutions will not be honored.
